PEPPERMINT

Traditionally peppermint has been used to create clarity of the mind and to uplift the spirits. It is one of the essential oils suggested for use in your aromatherapy first aid kit. During times of over doing everything peppermint has come to the rescue. It has served as a digestive stimulant and may be helpful for nausea, motion sickness and as a spiritual booster. It was also used to attract money when you exhaust your financial supply. Twilight Peppermint oil is grown in the USA and is considered superior quality therefore it should be diluted before use on the body.

 

GREEN

The color green is associated with the heart chakra. It has been used to calm the body in visualization practices. It is supposed to promote balance and restoration. It is said to ease muscle soreness. Try a peppermint foot soak with the aventurine added to the water to help your aching feet , boost your immune system and clear your mind the ancient cost effective way.

 

 

 

AVENTURINE

When worn, aventurine, should bring cheer to your heart and enhance your sense of humor. It was sewn into the clothing in ancient times to preserve courage and optimism.
