Too sleepy to sleep Kade? Fighting sleep because you just might miss something? Overstimulated? OK let's try alternating a few of these :
Lavender can be relaxing in small doses. However too much lavender can be stimulating to the senses.

- Lavender Buds : Add about a tablespoon of Twilight Organic Lavender Buds to a a simmering potpourrie pot filled with water or a saucepan of water steaming on the stove. This may help calm the atmosphere in the home and help wind down from an overwhelming day. And after Kade has gone to sleep either make a cup of tea with the buds for yourself or add the tea water to your bath.
- Lavender Buds # 2: Put about 2 Tablespoons of lavender buds in a sachet and sew the ends shut attatch to the crib out of his reach.
- Lavender Oil: For little ones 5 months and older. Put only 1 drop of Lavender oil on your fingertip. Rub your fingers together to slightly dilute the oil then very lightly massage the bottom of his feet. Not too much.
