Aromatherapy Baths

I was taught by a healer from Belize that showers are for cleaning and baths are for healing. So that being said here are some basics tips for using essential oils in your bath.

 Skin Patch Test

Whenever you begin using a new product on your skin we suggest performing a skin patch test.

There are a couple different ways to do this:

1.

  • Apply the new product to a soft skin area such as your inner elbow or behind your ears.
  • Wait 24 hours to see if any irritations occurs.
  • Take into consideration that a percentage of the product will be absorbed into the skin and a percentage will evaporate.
